- Track record of shipping production systems end to end
- Strong fundamentals across backend or full-stack, and comfort making architecture and infrastructure decisions
- Fluency with modern cloud and tooling
- Product-minded approach with focus on real user impact
- Strong communicator who challenges assumptions and collaborates across engineering, AI, and product
- Driven to ship with control from architecture to deployment
