Responsibilities
- Design comprehensive customer learning programs and certifications for Pigment Academy in collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders.
- Apply adult learning principles to develop and deliver learning experiences across e-learning, video, and interactive course formats.
- Translate product expertise from SMEs into clear, accessible customer learning content.
- Manage the instructional design lifecycle, including needs analysis, content-gap identification, assessment development, and program-effectiveness evaluation.
- Keep customer learning materials current with product releases, features, and innovations.
- Research learning and development trends, including AI-powered technologies, to improve learning offerings.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work on schedule.
