Power System - High Voltage Specialist/Sr. Technician (R4728)
Supports avionics power systems team by conducting benchtop testing, debugging PCBAs, executing environmental qualifications, and designing simple fixtures for high voltage (270V+) aircraft systems. Requires 2+ years high voltage experience and proficiency with EE test equipment.

Responsibilities
- Set up and execute test campaigns for custom circuits and sub-systems such as verifying logic levels, voltage rails, and basic circuit functions.
- Perform benchtop PCBA testing and debugging.
- Support engineers through environmental qualification that includes temperature, vibration, altitude, humidity, etc.
- Design, verify, and deploy simple PCBAs, fixtures, and harnesses.
- Assist with the avionics lab design and buildout.
Requirements
- 2+ years working around high voltage, high power systems (such as 270V and higher).
- Experience performing benchtop testing with basic EE equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope, electronic load, thermal chamber, etc.).
- Experience performing PCBA and harness rework.
- Proficiency reading and interpreting schematics.
- Experience working on multidisciplinary hardware development projects (from internship, job, club, team, personal project, etc.).
- Demonstrated history of showing ownership of project outcomes and delivering exceptional results.
- Record of working hard, being a trustworthy teammate, holding yourself and others to high standards, and being kind to others.
