Responsibilities
- Deploy antennas, power systems, racks, and infrastructure at ground station sites globally.
- Identify and acquire ground station locations while balancing system performance, deployment speed, and cost.
- Design site architecture, hardware, and deployment processes.
- Oversee live operations, monitor system performance, and troubleshoot issues.
- Coordinate deployments with internal teams, contractors, logistics providers, and network partners.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, civil, electrical, or related engineering.
- Willingness to travel to domestic and international ground station sites.

- Experience working across multiple engineering disciplines and with diverse teams.
- Success executing large projects on tight timelines.
- Construction or facilities experience.
- Hands-on field experience using basic tools.
- Experience reviewing system telemetry in an operations environment.
