Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality, reliable software using Python, Go, and other relevant programming languages.
- Build tools that improve engineering productivity.
- Provide consultation to product engineers on building scalable and reliable systems.
- Build relationships with engineering teams to understand their needs and improve day-to-day workflows.
- Help evolve Rippling’s architecture as it scales.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a backend or infrastructure software engineer.
- Passion for improving developer productivity and building scalable systems.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with developer experience tools and practices, including CI/CD, Docker, and test frameworks.
- Experience with cloud technologies, including AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and MongoDB.
- Experience with Python or Go.
