What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and system design
- Experience building software in internships, coursework, or personal projects
- Comfort working across the stack – TypeScript, React, Node.js
- Thrive in fast-moving, high-ownership environments
Nice to Have
- Experience with real-time systems, WebSockets, or telephony
- Familiarity with AI/LLM-based platforms or prompt engineering
- Prior experience at an early-stage startup
- Contributions to open source projects
