What You'll Do

First Week

  • Ship your first PR to production (on the first day)
  • Get hands-on with our voice AI stack
  • Meet the team, shadow customer calls

First 30 Days

  • Own a feature end-to-end
  • Optimize live systems for insurance workflows
  • Build intuition for the insurance domain

First 90 Days

  • Take ownership of a core product area
  • Contribute to customer-facing launches
  • Participate in product and technical decisions

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and system design
  • Experience building software in internships, coursework, or personal projects
  • Comfort working across the stack – TypeScript, React, Node.js
  • Thrive in fast-moving, high-ownership environments

Nice to Have

  • Experience with real-time systems, WebSockets, or telephony
  • Familiarity with AI/LLM-based platforms or prompt engineering
  • Prior experience at an early-stage startup
  • Contributions to open source projects
