What You'll Do
First Week
- Ship your first PR to production (on the first day)
- Get hands-on with our voice AI stack
- Meet the team, shadow customer calls
First 30 Days
- Own a feature end-to-end
- Optimize live systems for insurance workflows
- Build intuition for the insurance domain
First 90 Days
- Take ownership of a core product area
- Contribute to customer-facing launches
- Participate in product and technical decisions
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and system design
- Experience building software in internships, coursework, or personal projects
- Comfort working across the stack – TypeScript, React, Node.js
- Thrive in fast-moving, high-ownership environments
Nice to Have
- Experience with real-time systems, WebSockets, or telephony
- Familiarity with AI/LLM-based platforms or prompt engineering
- Prior experience at an early-stage startup
- Contributions to open source projects
