About the role

Key Responsibilities

  • Rapid sourcing and pipeline velocity: Proactively hunt and engage top talent across academia, emerging labs, and technical communities. Be creative in outreach and create bespoke experiences for recruits. Leverage tools like Ashby, Juicebox, and LinkedIn Recruiter to build, track, and optimize talent pipelines.
  • Full-cycle execution and candidate experience: Manage end-to-end recruiting from aggressive sourcing and initial screens to interview coordination and offer follow-ups. Deliver lightning-fast response times and exceptional candidate care.
  • Hiring partner alignment: Work closely with research and engineering leads to translate technical roadmaps into search criteria. Pivot sourcing tactics quickly based on feedback and shifting priorities.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of tech recruiting experience, preferably with agency or startup background.
  • Extreme bias for action: organized, detail-oriented, fast-moving with quick follow-ups.
  • AI curiosity and technical literacy: eagerness to learn about frontier machine learning topics like model efficiency, post-training, and distributed systems.
  • Tooling fluency with modern sourcing tools (Ashby, Juicebox, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
  • Adaptability and grit: comfortable in ambiguity, solving problems on the fly, and managing multiple urgent searches.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Background in fast-paced, creative environments.
