Serve as the dedicated technical owner for large enterprise customers post-sale. Design and deliver self-hosted/VPC deployments, SSO, integrations, and debug production issues across the full stack while productizing patterns for scale.
Lead and grow a team of Applied AI Architects helping startups build AI-native products with Claude. Drive technical pre-sales, define playbooks, and partner with sales leadership to scale adoption across the startup ecosystem.
