Product Engineer
Product-minded engineer building user-facing features across the stack at a documentation platform. Drive product direction, architect solutions, and own features from 0-to-1.
About the job
What you'll work on
- Build the full lifecycle: Collaborate closely with design and engineering to architect and ship customer-facing functionality from 0-to-1.
- Solve complex technical challenges: Optimize virtualized rendering for large data collections or architect reliable content management systems.
- Drive User Experience: Contribute to a smooth, delightful UX and bridge the gap between "working code" and a "great product."
- Performance & Scale: Improve application performance through profiling and implement scalable solutions that grow with our user base.
What you bring to the table
- Product Intuition: Desire to work on front-facing products that users interact with daily. Care about the "why" as much as the "how."
- Adaptability: Willing to step outside your comfort zone. Backend-heavy engineers willing to touch the frontend (and vice versa) to get a feature over the line.
- Agency & Ownership: Thrive in environments where you define the solution rather than just implementing a spec.
Why you should join our engineering team
- Flexible Interview Process: Showcase stage in the interview loop to focus on your specific area of expertise.
- High Agency: Engineers are product builders who drive change and have a voice in strategic decisions.
- Heads-down Builder Time: Protected focus in small, mighty teams where the best ideas win.
- Growth & Impact: Own projects, ship constantly, and see users benefit from your work immediately.
