Builds and scales reliable cloud infrastructure, deployment systems, observability, and developer tooling to support mortgage market operations. Requires experience with strongly typed languages, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, and major cloud providers.

Responsibilities
- Scale and mature Vesta’s infrastructure to support the mortgage market reliably, securely, and efficiently.
- Build foundational systems powering engineering velocity and platform reliability, including cloud architecture, deployment systems, observability, incident response, and internal developer tooling.
Requirements
Required experience:
- Strongly typed programming language (C#, Go, etc.)
- PostgreSQL or similar relational database experience (indexing, performance tuning)
- Kubernetes, Helm, Docker
- Major cloud provider (AWS, GCP), Terraform
Nice to have:
- AWS, Linux, Ansible
- Kafka, Redis, OpenSearch
- Performance engineering in any of the above domains
Compensation
- Cash compensation targeted at $200,000 - $250,000/yr
