About the role
What You'll Do
Partner with home office, branch, or regional leadership at large RIAs, broker-dealers, banks, and insurance organizations.
Implement practice management offering based on selected strategy and engagement.
Execute on strategic goals that align with corporate initiatives, including the creation of firm-wide programs and best practice content collaboration.
Travel to firm headquarters, industry conferences, and partner events to lead live practice management sessions and represent Zocks as a subject-matter expert.
Enterprise Strategy & Executive Engagement
Serve as the practice management consultant to align Zocks with firm-level initiatives (e.g., organic growth, retention) across home office, branch, or regional leadership structures.
Design multi-phase rollout strategies for large organizations. Identify which advisor or producer segments to target first, and define what "success" looks like at the organizational level.
Act as the voice of the enterprise client to our Product team, surfacing critical feature needs.
Program Design & Scalable Content
Collaborate with enterprise leadership to design scalable programs for their advisors or producers, including best practice content and webinars.
Own the creation of high-level thought leadership and practice management assets, including "Best Practice" playbooks.
Define learning paths and maturity models for different user personas.
In-Person Engagement
Deliver in-person and virtual sessions tailored to each firm's advisors and producers.
Represent Zocks at industry conferences and firm-hosted events, delivering presentations on practice management and AI adoption.
Travel periodically to meet with clients and attend industry conferences (approximately 2x/month, with heavier travel during spring and fall conference seasons).
What We're Looking For
Experience & Expertise
3-5+ years of experience within an RIA, Broker-Dealer, Bank, or Insurance environment, with a proven track record of managing complex industry workflows and the end-to-end client lifecycle.
Deep familiarity with implementing scalable client processes and advisory-focused practice models.
Proven ability to build adoption programs and iterate on existing engagements; experience launching initiatives that impact high volume audiences.
Comfortable leading discovery workshops with stakeholders; able to diagnose operational inefficiencies (workflow, tech stack, staffing) and collaborate on a scalable solution.
Able to take complex data or technical concepts and craft a narrative that drives action - summarizing at the leadership level while also comfortable working "in the weeds" as needed.
Familiarity with the complex compliance, security, and integration requirements of large financial institutions, including CRM and wealth management technology platforms.
Experience with CRM platforms in a banking or financial services context.
Strong data analysis skills - comfort identifying patterns and translating data into clear, actionable recommendations.
Confidence and presence presenting to groups, including senior stakeholders.

Process-oriented by instinct but genuinely comfortable operating without a fully defined roadmap.
Bonus Qualifications
Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
PMP or other relevant certifications.
