Senior Consultant Practice Management

Responsibilities

• Partner with home office, branch, and regional leadership at large RIAs, broker-dealers, banks, and insurance organizations.
• Implement practice management offerings based on selected strategy and engagement.
• Execute strategic goals aligned with corporate initiatives, including firm-wide programs and best-practice content.
• Serve as a practice management consultant for enterprise initiatives such as organic growth and retention.
• Design multi-phase rollout strategies, target advisor or producer segments, and define organizational success metrics.
• Represent enterprise-client needs to the Product team and surface feature requirements.
• Design scalable, one-to-many enablement programs, webinars, playbooks, learning paths, and maturity models.
• Deliver live and virtual sessions for advisors and producers and present at conferences and firm events.
• Travel approximately twice per month, with heavier travel during spring and fall conference seasons.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in an RIA, broker-dealer, bank, or insurance environment.
• Experience managing complex industry workflows and end-to-end client lifecycles.
• Familiarity with scalable client processes and advisory-focused practice models.
• Program management experience building adoption programs and launching initiatives for high-volume audiences.
• Consultative discovery workshop and operational-diagnosis skills.
• Ability to translate complex data or technical concepts into actionable leadership narratives.
• Familiarity with compliance, security, integration requirements, CRM platforms, and wealth-management technology in large financial institutions.
• Strong data analysis, presentation, stakeholder engagement, and process-management skills.
• Ability to work core hours aligned with Mountain, Central, or Eastern time zones.
• Residence in one of the approved hiring states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IA, KS, MA, MI, NE, NJ, NV, NY, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, WA, or WI.

Compensation and benefits

• $150,000–$170,000 base salary.
