Build and maintain secure sandbox infrastructure that lets AI models execute code and interact with tools in controlled virtualized environments. The role requires expert Rust, C++, or Go skills, systems expertise, and experience with containers, virtualization, and networking.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a secure, scalable sandbox system that gives AI models controlled access to computational environments.
- Provision containers and virtual machines on large-scale clusters.
- Enable models to run code, build software, interact with tools, and control applications with user interfaces.
- Orchestrate large-scale jobs and resource scheduling at the cluster level.
- Tune filesystem performance on compute nodes.
- Support real-time code execution for user queries and reinforcement learning workloads involving interactive tool use.
Requirements
- Expert knowledge of Rust, C++, or Go.
- Familiarity with Python.
- Deep experience with Linux or Windows systems; familiarity with both is a strong plus.
- Experience with virtualization and containerization technologies such as cgroups, KVM, gVisor, and QEMU.
- Solid knowledge of the networking stack.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: £107,000–£262,000 GBP.
