About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the product lifecycle from discovery, prioritization, launch, and iteration.
  • Work directly with customers, prospects, and internal teams to understand problems and identify opportunities.
  • Define product requirements and partner closely with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on customer value, commercial impact, and business goals.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Sales Enablement to ensure successful product launches and customer adoption.
  • Analyze product usage, customer feedback, and business metrics to continuously improve the product.
  • Balance short-term execution with long-term product strategy.
  • Communicate product vision, priorities, and trade-offs clearly across the organization.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of APIs, data flows, technical constraints, and how software systems connect.
  • Ability to evaluate tradeoffs, ask strong technical questions, and help teams make practical decisions.
  • Strong ability to work across engineering, GTM, customers, and external partners.
  • Comfort operating in an environment where requirements are incomplete, priorities shift quickly, and external dependencies create uncertainty.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers, partners, or external stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences in Advanced/Fluent English, and create documentation.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, platform products, integrations, partnerships, solutions engineering, technical customer success, or technical product management.
  • Availability to work onsite 4 days a week at our Boston office.
