About the role

Responsibilities

Customer Support

  • Deliver high-quality support to enterprise-level clients through phone, email, and chat.
  • Investigate and resolve issues involving account management, order entry, processing, execution, FIX sessions, and OMS functionality.
  • Troubleshoot client and technical issues to ensure seamless operations.

Trading Services

  • Monitor client accounts and trading activity for anomalies, providing timely alerts and support.
  • Stay informed about market developments and trading infrastructure to provide relevant guidance and insights.
  • Monitor corporate actions, including dividends, stock splits, and mergers, ensuring accurate and timely communication and resolution.

Collaboration and Feedback

  • Work with trading desks, operations, IT, and compliance teams to resolve client issues efficiently.
  • Collect client feedback and share insights with product development and management teams to improve services and tools.

Compliance and Risk Management

  • Ensure client interactions and trading-related activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Identify and address potential risks associated with client operations and trading processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in brokerage operations, trading, or a related field.
  • Experience in customer support, relationship management, and trading services.
  • Experience with trading platforms and equities trading; familiarity with the FIX protocol.
  • Options experience is a plus.
  • FINRA Series 7 or 63, or local equivalent; willingness to obtain the required certification within the first six months.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in a language other than English; French, German, or Arabic are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality.
