Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain efficient, deterministic automation suites across diverse scenarios.
- Expand test coverage and guide teammates on automation best practices.
- Develop comprehensive test strategies and plans across all layers of the test pyramid.
- Resolve complex quality issues and proactively identify customer risks and pain points.
- Use metrics and data analysis to track quality, identify root causes, and improve team efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to align quality initiatives with business and project objectives.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an SDET role.
- Familiarity with JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Experience with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Application Development Lifecycle.
- Experience with automation frameworks such as Playwright, Pact, Cypress, or similar.
- Experience testing complex systems, features, and end-to-end workflows.
- Ability to write test specifications.
- Passion for coding and designing validation and testability into software.
- Understanding of n-tier architecture and related testing strategies.
- Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized.
