Responsibilities
- Deliver measurable impact for Digital Native Business customers and at the business-unit or regional level within Forward Deployed Engineering.
- Independently scope and own complex, multi-quarter initiatives in high-stakes environments with no clear precedent.
- Drive regional excellence and contribute to team booking targets and consumption goals.
- Navigate complex regional, regulatory, and market-specific challenges across multiple countries.
- Coach and support junior Engagement Managers and serve as a resource on complex projects.
- Shape account strategy around client goals and lead sales of complex Professional Services & Training offerings.
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with senior customer stakeholders across multiple engagements.
- Participate in hiring to attract top-tier talent.
- Travel 25–50% as required.
Requirements
- 10+ years of leadership experience in Professional Services.
- Expert understanding of Professional Services & Training offerings, with the ability to customize solutions for complex environments.
- Proven thought leadership and growing recognition as an external industry expert.
- Expertise in Databricks architecture, ecosystem, and strategic account planning.
Compensation
- Zone 1 pay range: $178,800–$245,850 USD.
- Compensation may also include an annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits.
