Responsibilities
- Own the technical relationship with enterprise partners from pre-sales through long-term partnership.
- Lead technical discovery and solution design by understanding partner needs, mapping Imprint capabilities to requirements, and defining implementation approaches.
- Serve as a payments and card-program expert to architect partner solutions.
- Lead integration planning, implementation, troubleshooting, and launch execution.
- Build relationships with partner technical teams and proactively communicate risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Engineering to drive partner success and influence the product roadmap.
- Help define products and improvements that address partner and consumer needs.
- Automate and standardize partner delivery through improved tooling, documentation, integration patterns, and repeatable frameworks.
- Improve partner-facing implementation guides and technical documentation.
Requirements
- Experience in solutions engineering, implementation engineering, sales engineering, or similar technical client-facing roles.
- Strong technical background in REST APIs, front-end technologies, and mobile/web SDKs.
- Deep understanding of payment networks, payment service providers, and payment product architecture.
- General understanding of front-end and back-end development concepts.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and bring structure to complex problems.
- Detail-oriented track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects to completion.
- Strong collaboration and cross-functional partnership skills.
- Excellent judgment balancing partner needs with internal priorities and escalating strategic decisions.
- Willingness to operate as a senior individual contributor.
- Proven record of improving processes through tooling and automation.
Nice to Have
- Experience with B2B2C partner implementations.
- Familiarity with data flows, identity and KYC concepts, and risk or compliance considerations in financial products.
- Familiarity with AI/LLM tools and automation in technical workflows.
- Experience working effectively in small, high-performing teams.
Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation of $180,000–$210,000 annually, plus equity.
