Responsibilities

  • Own a core product area, ensuring a seamless, intuitive, and efficient product experience.
  • Lead product strategy and execution, integrating the area into the broader platform.
  • Drive product innovation, including opportunities to enhance automation and efficiency.
  • Lead a cross-functional squad across engineering, design, and business teams.
  • Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
  • Bring structure to ambiguity by transforming complex problems into actionable plans.
  • Own and optimize key workflows for frictionless platform interactions.
  • Develop user understanding through research, data analysis, and direct engagement.
  • Partner with engineering on technical execution and scalable product development.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to secure alignment on product initiatives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience.
  • 3+ years managing full product lifecycles from vision through optimization.
  • Strong technical acumen and ability to understand AI/ML capabilities.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and complex product initiatives.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills in ambiguous situations.
  • Strong UX and design intuition.
  • Hospitality mindset and ability to collaborate with empathy under pressure.
