Responsibilities
- Own the Americas portfolio of recurring executive-engagement programs and the regional capability supporting them, including strategy, priorities, investments, and success metrics.
- Lead and develop the regional program strategy, operations, and delivery team, establishing clear ownership and high execution standards.
- Translate enterprise and regional priorities into a focused portfolio of executive briefings, C-suite engagements, recurring executive forums, advisory programs, and scalable formats.
- Build an operating model that enables consistent quality and responsible scale while preserving appropriate customization and judgment.
- Ensure priority programs align customer context, narratives, speakers, demonstrations, experiences, and follow-through.
- Partner with Sales leadership and customer-facing teams to connect engagements to customer objectives, decisions, and next steps.
- Establish measures for customer insight, relationship progress, business results, experience quality, and operational health.
- Manage regional resources, budget, vendors, and capacity; make tradeoffs and surface risks early.
- Represent the Americas in global planning and share successful approaches across regions while preserving local ownership.
- Travel across the Americas and occasionally globally; participate regularly in in-person executive briefings and preparation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience building or leading executive programs, customer engagement, enterprise marketing, experience centers, field marketing, or a comparable enterprise capability.
- Experience leading and developing a high-performing team accountable for a visible portfolio.
- Experience building or transforming a high-touch customer capability from reactive or bespoke delivery toward a strategic, scalable model.
- Strong commercial judgment and credibility with senior Sales leaders, customers, and internal executives.
- Ability to distinguish exceptional executive experiences from polished events and connect experiences to customer and business progress.
- Strong prioritization, resource-allocation, stakeholder-management, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to translate strategy into systems with clear ownership, strong standards, and reliable execution.
- Ability to operate credibly in a fast-moving technical environment and partner across Product, Research, Marketing, Sales, and customer-facing teams.
- Ability to set direction, develop leaders, review operating systems, and personally support critical engagements.
Compensation
- Annual salary: $287,000–$318,000.
- Hybrid work model with three days in the office each week.
