Leads the strategy, roadmap, and launch of security-focused B2B SaaS products, partnering cross-functionally and serving as an internal security expert. Requires 8+ years of product management experience plus expertise in database security, networking, IAM, and security engineering.

Responsibilities
- Define and evangelize the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for security-focused features and products.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback sessions to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality, secure products.
- Translate complex security requirements into clear product specifications and user stories.
- Prioritize the product backlog and manage trade-offs to optimize business value and customer satisfaction.
- Drive product launches, including go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, and user documentation.
- Monitor product performance, gather insights, and iterate on features using data and user feedback.
- Serve as the organization’s security subject matter expert and provide guidance to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with significant focus on security products or features.
- Experience with database security principles and best practices.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts and their security implications.
- In-depth knowledge of identity and access management (IAM).
- Security certification such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+.
- Experience with quality assurance processes and methodologies.
- Background in program management, including planning, execution, and risk management.
- Prior experience in security engineering.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience securing a data platform, database product, or real-time analytics service.
- Familiarity with ClickHouse, Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
- Experience supporting BYOC or private deployment models.
- Experience with open-source software or developer-focused products.
