About the role

Responsibilities

  • Define the strategic vision and multi-year direction for the Beacon Trial Site Network (TSN), including priorities, sequencing, and long-term network structure.
  • Set the product vision for TSN platform capabilities and translate Life Sciences and Diagnostics requirements into a coherent roadmap.
  • Coordinate with Product and Engineering to prioritize site-facing platform capabilities and hold development teams accountable as the primary stakeholder and advocate.
  • Build and oversee patient recruitment capabilities using EHR-based patient matching, tokenized patient data, historical performance, site capacity, and other relevant inputs.
  • Match sponsor and study demand to qualified member sites and own opportunity routing into the network.
  • Define and manage the commercial terms of network membership, including the economic value of membership for sites and Beacon.
  • Own institutional and health system relationships, including contracting, IRB coordination, master service agreements, investigators, and study coordinators.
  • Establish the TSN roadmap and operating model, taking the network from an early framework to full operation with clear offerings, targets, and milestones.
  • Direct candidate-site sourcing and refine qualification and certification criteria for membership tiers.
  • Own the site-facing communications strategy, including outreach, onboarding, check-ins, recertification, templates, and relationship touchpoints.
  • Establish KPIs, review cadence, decision rights, and membership-tier upgrade and downgrade pathways.
  • Shape TSN positioning for sponsors and CROs around site readiness, data quality, and faster study start-up.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in healthcare, clinical trials, diagnostics, or another regulated healthcare environment.
  • At least 3 years building, growing, or scaling a network, community, or partner program involving clinics or trial sites.
  • Experience taking a structured program or network from an early framework to full operation, including qualification criteria, incentive structures, and repeatable operating cadence.
  • Strong cross-functional influence skills and experience coordinating Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Legal stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Comfort using data to track performance, calibrate qualification criteria, and report on program health.
  • Experience negotiating or structuring commercial terms with institutional partners, including health systems, site networks, contracts, MSAs, or revenue-sharing arrangements.
  • Familiarity with clinical trial site feasibility and enrollment considerations, and the ability to translate them into criteria, tooling, or processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for scientific and clinical audiences.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward simplicity and scalability.
  • Empathy for investigators, coordinators, sponsors, internal commercial and clinical teams, and patients.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with CRM and project management tools.
  • Experience using quality or compliance data, such as protocol deviations, data quality metrics, or CAPA findings, to inform tiering or certification decisions.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary is determined by experience, skills, and qualifications.
