About the role

Responsibilities

  • Give clinicians their time back by using clinician feedback and operational data to identify workflows creating the greatest administrative burden. Design, pilot, and scale solutions that shift nonclinical work away from clinicians.
  • Automate and productize work by partnering with Product and Engineering to redesign, automate, and productize complex operational workflows. Own the automation and AI roadmap for processes behind care delivery, pushing each from manual to standardized to automated.
  • Own clinician support programs end-to-end: run strategy, performance, and continuous improvement of two vendor-managed support programs. Set clear service levels, quality standards, escalation paths, and performance expectations for internal teams and vendors.
  • Drive adoption across the network by leading change management, including communications, training, documentation, and feedback loops to ensure clinicians use the programs.
  • Set the standard across service lines by defining good clinician support, closing gaps, and identifying opportunities to scale.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years in healthcare operations, clinician enablement, or process transformation. Comfortable running the nuts and bolts of a business and deep in workflows or zoomed out on systems.
  • Data-driven problem solver with strong analytical and process-improvement instincts; data sets priorities. SQL and Excel proficiency required.
  • Experience owning outsourced or vendor-run operational programs and holding them to real service levels and quality bars.
  • Automation and AI fluency: experience standardizing, automating, and productizing manual processes. Know where AI helps and where it's a distraction.
  • Cross-functional leadership through influence across Product, Engineering, Clinical, and frontline teams.
  • Motivated by the mission: care about mental health, clinician wellbeing, and building a practice where clinicians can do their best work.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in mental health or psychiatry practice operations.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary: $160,000 - $180,000
  • Excellent benefits: medical, dental, vision effective day 1, 401K with match, generous PTO plus paid holidays, paid parental leave, and more.
  • Collaborative environment at a fast-paced startup.
  • Opportunities to grow skills and build new ones with the Learning team.
  • Focus on team well-being.
