About the role

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify and prioritize target accounts across studios, agencies, brands, and innovation teams
  • Run outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone to generate pipeline and book meetings for the sales team
  • Craft personalized outreach that speaks to how creatives actually work - referencing real workflows, tools, and pain points rather than generic pitches
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and outreach strategies

Requirements

  • Prior experience in outbound sales, business development, or a related role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and outbound sequencing
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, you own your numbers
  • Genuine interest in the creative AI space; bonus if you've used Krea
  • Experience in SaaS or a tech startup is a plus
