- Collaborate with GTM leadership and account teams to design high-impact engagement strategies.
- Serve as trusted advisor and expert, building technical credibility to drive product adoption.
- Enable clients through workshops and customer-facing collateral.
- Influence product roadmap with field insights for Product and Engineering teams.
- Handle complex technical challenges as tier-3 escalation point.
Competencies & Responsibilities
- 6+ years in customer-facing pre-sales/consulting influencing technical executives and driving data strategy.
- Proven ability to co-plan territories with Account Executives and cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Global System Integrators (GSIs) and third-party consultants.
- Proficient in SQL and Python for programming, debugging, problem-solving.
- Hands-on experience in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Broad experience in data engineering, data warehousing, AI/ML, governance, transactional systems, app development, streaming.
- Undergraduate degree in technical field (Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Engineering or similar).
- Track record driving complex projects in fast-paced environments.
