About the role
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage key initiatives and programs for the Fintech teams
Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily meetings, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
Assist in optimizing and improving existing program management processes and methodologies
Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation for multiple projects simultaneously
Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, driving mitigation strategies and resolution
Manage stakeholder expectations through effective, proactive communication and transparent reporting
Track and communicate program status, health, metrics, and milestones to leadership
Coordinate quarterly and annual capacity planning across Fintech engineering teams to optimize resource allocation
Drive continuous process improvement initiatives and best practices alongside product and engineering management
Requirements
3-5+ years of program management experience within software engineering environments
Knowledge and understanding of software development practices
Track record of delivering complex software engineering programs on time and within scope
Strong cross-team collaboration and ability to build relationships across teams and stakeholders
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
Strong familiarity with agile methodologies (specifically Scrum) and experience serving as a Scrum Master
Demonstrated ability to perform quarterly and annual capacity planning and resource allocation
Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, etc.)
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Nice-to-Haves
Experience working in Fintech
Agile certifications such as CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or similar
Experience using Jellyfish to track engineering team performance
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $110,000 - $140,000 (annualized USD) plus potential bonus
3 weeks of vacation per year
