About the role
Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with site supervisors and workers, providing timely updates, feedback, and support.
Serve as the primary relationship owner for supervisors and facility contacts.
Facilitate worker onboarding, introductions, and first-day check-ins.
Coordinate interviews and start schedules for new hires, including forklift operators.
Oversee worker vetting, drug testing, and onboarding end to end.
Assist workers with clock-ins, pay questions, and performance feedback.
Manage worker performance on-site and escalate issues to internal teams as needed.
Communicate updates, attendance issues, and staffing changes between the client site, operations, and worker support teams.
Identify and address worker performance concerns and site challenges proactively.
Handle incident management and escalations.
Support daily site operations and ensure adequate staffing coverage.
Own shift and schedule management.
Distribute and manage personal protective equipment (PPE).
Identify and drive account expansion opportunities.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
1–2+ years of experience in operations or customer-facing environments, including staffing, manufacturing, warehouse, retail, food service, teaching, or on-site coordination.
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Professional demeanor and ability to represent the company with workers and client stakeholders.
Polished and presentable in customer-facing environments.
Warm, approachable, and able to coach workers while confidently enforcing standards.
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
