Responsibilities
- Lead development of advanced prompt engineering and retrieval pipelines
- Architect scalable solutions for thousands of customer conversations daily across Zendesk, Intercom, Salesforce
- Leverage generation pipelines for insights, analysis, customer interaction scoring
- Architect real-time multimodal simulations across voice, video, chat using OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Vapi
- Drive high-performance user experiences with Next.js
- Set technical standards for UIs handling complex AI interactions
- Mentor teammates
Requirements
- At least 4 years of engineering experience, ideally at startups (Series A-C)
- Strong technical leadership: mentoring, leading decisions, architecting products
- Deep expertise in modern web technologies, product architecture, or AI integrations
