Responsibilities
Own the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding
Manage benefits administration and compliance infrastructure
Handle employee relations with discretion and maintain trust
Build processes and judgment layers on top of existing HRIS (Rippling) to support company scaling
Ensure employment law compliance and proactively identify gaps
Requirements
5+ years in People Ops, including time at a startup building new processes
Strong knowledge of employment law and ability to spot compliance issues
Experience managing HRIS platforms (Rippling or similar) with critical thinking
Proven ability to handle sensitive employee matters with discretion
Self-starter who can create processes without needing a playbook
