Strategy & Ops Engineering

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary bridge between Product Engineering and Deployment teams: enable deployments on new features, manage technical feedback loops from the field to engineering, and ensure successful market releases.
• Partner with GTM for technical enablement, support Product-Led Sales motions, and refine feature pricing structures to align commercial understanding with technical realities.
• Define, track, and optimize product and company metrics by working with raw data alongside Engineering and Strategy & Ops teams.
• Manage data labeling operations for voice, reasoning, and coding agents: coordinate in-house labelers and external agencies to ensure high-quality training data throughput for the agentic stack.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a technical or operations-heavy role (e.g., Product Operations, Solutions Engineering, Technology Strategy Consulting, Technical Program Management, or Forward Deployed Engineering).
• Strong analytical and technical aptitude to solve problems with technology (understanding of APIs, data structures, and engineering constraints).
• Experience working in multi-stakeholder environments, specifically interfacing between Engineering and Commercial/Field teams.
• Ability to balance big-picture strategic work (e.g., pricing, analysis) with hands-on execution (e.g., data labeling coordination for RLHF, deployment coordination).
