About the role
What you’ll do at Figma Weave
Lead cross-functional programs end-to-end—from problem framing and option analysis through rollout, change management, and measurement—partnering with leaders across product, marketing, customer experience, and operations
Own the operating cadence of Figma Weave, including planning rhythm, executive team rituals, All Hands content and structure, and the review mechanisms that keep the company honest about progress against priorities
Design and ship AI-powered automations that remove repetitive manual work across functions—identifying high-friction workflows, prototyping the solution, and rolling it out to the team
Build dashboards, reviews, and inspection mechanisms that turn data into decisions, including the underlying queries, models, and tooling
Develop business cases that shape major decisions—structuring ambiguous problems, conducting research, weighing options, and surfacing clear recommendations with the data to back them
Translate strategic priorities into concrete programs with clear owners, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics—staying close enough to the work to spot risk early
Craft executive-level narratives—planning packages, All Hands content, leadership reviews, board materials—that synthesize insight, frame decisions, and build alignment
Support light budget tracking and operational rigor while stepping in to scope and own emerging operational needs—building the system, the program, or the team required to address them, and helping ensure investments map to priorities and outcomes remain visible
Requirements
Spent the last few years leading cross-functional programs end-to-end at a high-growth software or AI-native company—whether as a Chief of Staff, Technical Program Manager, BizOps or Strategy & Operations leader, founder, or early operator at an early-stage company
Demonstrated outcomes, not titles. You've shipped cross-functional programs that moved metrics or transformed how teams work—not just frameworks or decks
Technical and analytical fluency. You're comfortable with SQL and modern data tooling (Looker, Mode, Hex), reason naturally about systems and pipelines, and reach for code or AI before reaching for another meeting
Daily, hands-on AI use. You actively use AI in your own work and have built or shipped automations that removed meaningful manual effort—for yourself or for your team
A systems mindset. You instinctively look for the process behind the problem and build mechanisms that compound, rather than one-off fixes
Comfort with ambiguity and autonomy. You operate at a senior level, earn trust quickly across functions and seniority, and don't wait to be told what to do
Nice-to-haves
Light coding fluency (Python, JavaScript, SQL, or scripting) or hands-on experience building with agentic AI tools
Experience working across product, marketing, and customer experience functions in a SaaS or platform business
Familiarity with creative tools, developer tools, or design platforms
Owns program-level planning, demand forecasting, staffing validation, and opportunity ingest for priority accounts. Drives operational improvements through scalable tools, standardized processes, and cross-functional coordination in a high-growth ops environment.
