Partners with post-sales GTM teams to guide financial strategy, build operating models, forecast renewals and expansion, and assess customer economics, costs, and capacity. Requires strong analytical and communication skills, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and preferably 7+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities
- Provide financial guidance and recommendations to post-sales stakeholders on strategy, investments, and resource allocation.
- Analyze renewals and expansion forecasting, customer retention economics, cost-to-serve, and headcount and capacity planning.
- Build and maintain complex financial operating models and synthesize data into actionable insights.
- Prepare financial reports and analyses for planning cycles, business reviews, cost tracking, and investment cases.
- Establish reporting dashboards and scorecards for operational and financial metrics across the post-sales customer lifecycle.
- Collaborate with strategic finance, FP&A, revenue operations, and accounting teams to align GTM plans with broader financial strategies.
Requirements
- Experience in strategic finance, sales or GTM finance, FP&A, private equity, growth equity, venture capital, consulting, or investment banking.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain complex financial operating models.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-finance audiences.
- Strong relationship-building, business judgment, process-management, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Nice-to-haves
- 7+ years of experience, including direct partnership with GTM or post-sales organizations such as Customer Success, Professional Services, or Support.
- Experience with consumption-based, usage-based, or complex enterprise business models.
- Passion for building safe, transformative AI systems.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual compensation range: $240,000–$325,000 USD.
- Hybrid policy requiring staff to be in an office at least 25% of the time, with some roles requiring more.
