About the role

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance and recommendations to post-sales stakeholders on financial strategies, investments, and resource allocation decisions, leveraging an in-depth understanding of the company's financials.
  • Partner cross-functionally to drive analysis, build financial models, and recommend business decisions across areas such as renewals and expansion forecasting, customer retention economics, cost-to-serve, and headcount and capacity planning.
  • Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and insightful financial reports and analyses to support planning cycles, business reviews, cost tracking, and investment cases for post-sales programs.
  • Establish and implement reporting dashboards and scorecards to track key operational and financial metrics across the post-sales customer lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with strategic finance, FP&A, revenue operations, and accounting counterparts to align GTM plans with broader financial strategies.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience in strategic finance, sales or GTM finance, FP&A, private equity, growth equity, venture capital, consulting, or investment banking.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with an ability to synthesize data into compelling insights and develop/maintain complex financial operating models.
  • Extraordinary problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally and communicating complex financial information to non-finance audiences.
  • Strong relationship building, business judgment, process management, and communication skills.
  • Passion for building safe, transformative AI systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience, including time partnering directly with GTM or post-sales organizations such as Customer Success, Professional Services, or Support.
  • Experience with consumption-based, usage-based, and/or complex enterprise business models.

Compensation

  • Annual compensation (OTE for sales roles): $240,000–$325,000 USD.
  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Hybrid policy: Expect staff in office at least 25% of the time.
