Senior Product Engineer
Build end-to-end healthcare products powered by real-time conversational AI, spanning voice agents, SMS, and web experiences. The role requires 5+ years of product engineering experience, full-stack development skills, distributed-systems expertise, and strong product ownership.

Responsibilities
- Design and build real-time AI products, including conversational voice agents and patient-facing products across SMS, web, and other channels.
- Take products from ideation and rapid MVP development through production deployment and success tracking.
- Engineer systems that sound human, reason under strict latency constraints, and adapt to complex healthcare conversations.
- Build and operate products serving thousands of high-stakes daily patient interactions.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and pain points.
- Sketch user interfaces and contribute to product decisions without serving as the product manager or designer.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building products end-to-end, from quick MVPs to production-grade software.
- Strong understanding of FastAPI, Python, PostgreSQL, React, and TypeScript, or equivalent technologies in other languages.
- Experience managing large-scale distributed systems with asynchronous workload orchestration.
- Passion for building high-quality products.
- Founder mindset, with strong ownership and work ethic.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Willingness to work full-time from the Barcelona office, with the possibility of moving to the New York office.
