Responsibilities
- Build interactive tools for modeling paths to market, assessing trade-offs between time, money, and technical risk.
- Create intuitive interfaces for organizational alignment, visualizing dependencies and progress across teams (scientists, program managers, executives).
- Design interfaces for scientists to manage studies, track progress, and coordinate teams.
- Leverage LLMs for generating/evaluating scenarios, inferring progress/risks from unstructured data, and surfacing insights.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of frontend or fullstack engineering experience
- Deep expertise in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
- Strong understanding of frontend architecture
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with product and design
- Proven track record in small, fast-moving engineering teams
Preferred
- Experience building sophisticated data visualization UIs
- Background in high domain complexity
- Track record of mentoring other engineers
