What you'll do
Partner with Account Managers to identify, prioritize, and close expansion opportunities within existing accounts
Own the end-to-end sales cycle for Talent products, from discovery through close
Lead consultative discovery conversations and tailored product demos aligned to customer needs
Manage pipeline and forecast with accuracy in Salesforce
Navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles, building alignment across HR, Talent, and executive buyers
Position Rippling effectively against other solutions in the Talent and HR tech landscape
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Implementation, and Marketing to deliver strong customer outcomes
Apply structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC) to drive consistent execution
Consistently meet or exceed quota
What you’ll need
4+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaS
Proven track record of top performance (top 10% or consistent overachievement)
Experience selling into HR, Talent Acquisition, or People teams
Familiarity with Talent or HR tech solutions (e.g., recruiting, performance, engagement, or learning platforms)
Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline while executing thoughtful, strategic deals
Experience working within an existing customer base or expansion-focused role is a strong plus
Strong sales fundamentals, including discovery, multi-threading, and value-based selling
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
