Workplace Coordinator
Manage day-to-day office operations in San Francisco, handling facilities, employee support, events, and vendor coordination. Requires strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills with 5 days/week onsite.
Responsibilities
Daily Operations & Employee Support
- Assist with welcoming and onboarding new hires
- Provide on-site support and serve as a first point of contact for employee questions
- Assist the Workplace team with day-to-day activities as directed
- Deliver exceptional customer service through Gmail, Slack, and our Support Portal — for both in-office employees and remote employees
- Gather and relay employee feedback on the workplace to help drive continuous improvement
- Manage the swag program
- Cover the reception desk as needed
Facilities & Office Maintenance
- Handle incoming mail and package processing
- Initiate maintenance and repair calls to keep the office running efficiently
- Liaise with janitorial team to maintain office organization and cleanliness
- Serve as a liaison to building management regarding facilities issues
- Coordinate badge and key fob distribution and access
- Oversee guest access procedures
- Serve as an emergency warden
- Maintain first aid supplies and ensure health and safety standards are met
Food, Beverage & Events
- Assist with the Food & Beverage program
- Help maintain kitchen cleanliness and ensure the snack and beverage program runs smoothly with our third-party vendor
- Assist with planning and executing internal events, both in-office and offsite, including team meetings, offsites, and employee celebrations
- Partner on logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site support for all internal events

- This position is in-office five days per week
- Previous experience in office management, facilities, or hospitality preferred
