Talent Brand Partner
Builds Luma's employer brand from scratch through social content, videos, events, employee advocacy, and AI-assisted campaigns targeting AI researchers and engineers. Requires 4-6 years hands-on content creation experience and portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Build and own "Life at Luma" across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, X, Glassdoor, Built In, and careers site.
- Create original content: behind-the-scenes videos, team spotlights, product launch stories, day-in-the-life series.
- Own recruiting presence at events and conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, SIGGRAPH, meetups, hackathons, university partnerships).
- Launch employee advocacy program: templates, prompts, coaching.
- Build speaker and thought leadership program for talent attraction.
- Design offer experience: custom packets, team video messages.
- Partner with recruiting team for role launches: kits, copy, social campaigns.
- Use AI tooling (Claude, Cursor, Lovable) to move fast.
First Few Months
First 30 Days: Immerse with teams, audit assets, map partners, deliver POV and initial bets. Days 30–60: Ship content, launch advocacy pilot, role launch kit, offer experience v1. Days 60–90: Scale content calendar, advocacy program, first full campaign, establish metrics.

Requirements
- 4-6 years creating employer brand content, social media content, or content marketing at startup/tech company. Portfolio required.
- Hands-on creation: videos, social posts, campaigns, microsites.
- Native fluency across social platforms (TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, X).
- Comfort with AI tools in creative workflow (Claude, Lovable, CapCut).
- Systems thinking: build scalable templates, calendars, processes.
- Zero-to-one builder experience.
- Thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience at AI company or AI/ML talent landscape.
- Light coding or vibe-coding (HTML/CSS, Lovable, Cursor).
- Employee advocacy or creator enablement programs.
- Video production skills.
Compensation
Base pay range: $141,000 – $211,000 per year.
