Responsibilities
- Serve as full owner of high-impact customer pipelines, impacting data quality, efficiency, revenue, and margins:
- Design data taxonomy to improve model performance
- Build pipeline infrastructure
- Train, coach, and manage global teams
- Build analytics for data-driven decisions
- Partner with Engineering, Product, Ops, and Go-to-Market stakeholders on advancements for largest LLMs
- Provide regular progress updates to executive team
Requirements
- Strong technical background (e.g., degree in Machine Learning Engineering, Computer Science, or Software Engineering)
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and understanding Software Engineering processes
- 3+ years leading teams/projects, managing processes, or as SWE
- Strong problem-solving in technical environments
- Entrepreneurial experience building from scratch
Compensation
Base salary range: $151,200 - $189,000 USD (San Francisco, New York, Seattle). Includes equity, comprehensive health/dental/vision, retirement, learning stipend, PTO, and commuter stipend.
