Strategic Projects Lead
Own long-term healthcare interoperability projects that drive business forward and directly impact customer experience. Navigate legal, technical, and compliance frameworks while leading execution, building consensus, and delivering measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of internal and external projects requiring attention to detail and consideration of national and state requirements
- Identify the most important items to focus resources on and ensure priorities align with company needs
- Play up to the leadership level to identify stakeholders, their incentives, and accomplish goals within existing constraints
- Think five steps ahead to identify future blockers and prevent them
- Work through hard problems with many constraints using sound judgment to assess risks and create well-structured, data-informed narratives
- Translate understanding of the product (technical and non-technical components) into requirements and considerations within strategic projects
Requirements
- 3+ years of project management, business operations, or MBB consulting experience
- 3+ years of experience within healthcare interoperability
- Incredible organization skills to turn chaos into concise clarity and keep internal and external stakeholders on schedule
- Familiarity working in regulated industries and on projects with significant governance requirements
- Comfortable taking an ambiguous objective, breaking it down for alignment, identifying the most efficient execution path, and delivering
- Knowledge of finance, data, compliance, and engineering topics sufficient to ask thoughtful questions and loop in appropriate stakeholders

Procurement Operations Manager
