Strategic Finance Associate
Strategic Finance Associate partners with sales, marketing, and product leaders to provide forecasting, modeling, and analytical support for business units, owning revenue/expense models and strategic decision-making. Requires 2-4 years in analytical finance roles and advanced Excel proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic finance and analytical support to business units through forecasting, reporting, modeling, financial analysis, and business case preparation, focusing on the health system business.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product leadership to prioritize strategic initiatives and direct investment decisions.
- Own financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and key performance metrics.
- Monitor and evaluate financial performance against forecasts/targets, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Support preparation of materials for board and investors.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects including evaluating partnerships, customer acquisition, and unit economic analyses.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of work experience in strategic finance, corporate finance, sales operations, investment banking, private equity, or consulting.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and develop insights.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, with advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with SQL or business intelligence/data visualization platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
- Experience in technology, healthcare, and/or consumer marketplaces.
- Strong academic record.
Compensation & Benefits
- NYC Base Salary Range: $115,000—$135,000 USD.

Rotational FP&A Analyst completing three 8-month rotations across Corporate, Product, and Operations FP&A. Builds forecasts, performs variance analysis, and partners with business teams to drive resource allocation decisions.
Senior Analyst, Commissions
Sr. Analyst responsible for administering sales compensation plans, calculating commissions, maintaining CaptivateIQ database, and partnering with RevOps and HR on process improvements. Requires 5+ years sales compensation experience in SaaS.
