About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic finance and analytical support to business units through forecasting, reporting, modeling, financial analysis, and business case preparation, focusing on the health system business.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product leadership to prioritize strategic initiatives and direct investment decisions.
  • Own financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and key performance metrics.
  • Monitor and evaluate financial performance against forecasts/targets, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Support preparation of materials for board and investors.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects including evaluating partnerships, customer acquisition, and unit economic analyses.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of work experience in strategic finance, corporate finance, sales operations, investment banking, private equity, or consulting.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and develop insights.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, with advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with SQL or business intelligence/data visualization platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
  • Experience in technology, healthcare, and/or consumer marketplaces.
  • Strong academic record.

Compensation & Benefits

  • NYC Base Salary Range: $115,000—$135,000 USD.
