Responsibilities
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Runway's collaboration surfaces
- Work closely with design, engineering, and research to build delightful experiences that accelerate creative workflows
- Talk to users constantly and develop sharp intuitions about what's missing from their workflows
- Define what success looks like, ship fast, and iterate on real signal
- Partner with cross-functional teams to land strong launches
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of product management experience, with a track record of shipping high-quality features and workflows that users rely on
- Think about the full arc of how someone uses a product, from first session to long-term habit, and design accordingly
- Set clear success criteria before building, run experiments that teach something real, and know the difference between signal and noise
- Can zoom out to a 12-month vision and zoom in to a two-week sprint without losing the thread between them
- Write and speak with clarity, and bring teams along on a direction
