Staff Product Manager, Ads
Leads strategy, roadmap, and performance for patient-facing Sponsored Results ads, driving revenue growth, marketplace efficiency, and new monetization opportunities while maintaining user trust. Requires 6+ years product experience in adtech or marketplaces, strong data skills, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Own a significant share of Ads revenue through Sponsored Results
- Drive measurable improvements in revenue, yield, and marketplace efficiency
- Review patient UXR and behavioral data to understand quality signals for choosing providers
- Scope new advertising opportunities in the Zocdoc app
- Work with Design to iterate on new ad placements and refine patient experience
- Run ad slot experiments to improve conversion
- Dig into metrics to map patient traffic impacts on conversion rates
Requirements
- 6+ years of product experience, ideally in adtech, advertising platforms, or marketplace monetization
- Demonstrated success owning and driving improvements in key business metrics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across engineering, design, marketing, and executives
- Strong analytical skills and curiosity to solve healthcare challenges
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience working on ML or AI driven products and systems
Compensation
NYC Base Salary Range: $200,000—$260,000 USD
