About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own a significant share of Ads revenue through Sponsored Results
  • Drive measurable improvements in revenue, yield, and marketplace efficiency
  • Review patient UXR and behavioral data to understand quality signals for choosing providers
  • Scope new advertising opportunities in the Zocdoc app
  • Work with Design to iterate on new ad placements and refine patient experience
  • Run ad slot experiments to improve conversion
  • Dig into metrics to map patient traffic impacts on conversion rates

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product experience, ideally in adtech, advertising platforms, or marketplace monetization
  • Demonstrated success owning and driving improvements in key business metrics
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across engineering, design, marketing, and executives
  • Strong analytical skills and curiosity to solve healthcare challenges

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience working on ML or AI driven products and systems

Compensation

NYC Base Salary Range: $200,000—$260,000 USD
