Startup Governance & Escalation Resolution
- Oversee system integrators during standard deployments and point-to-point checkouts to ensure strict compliance with design standards, and operate as the controls escalation point to troubleshoot complex automation integration, system inconsistencies, and network integration issues.
Protocol Integration & Troubleshooting
- Collaborate with design engineers, contractors, and OEM partners in the field to configure, integrate, and troubleshoot networks utilizing BACnet, Modbus, OPC-UA, and MQTT protocols.
Site Validation & Handover
- Conduct system testing, simulation, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) to validate functionality, sequencing, and data accuracy prior to operational handover.
System Optimization & Turnover
- Ensure controls platforms correctly collect and push real-time and historical data, enabling performance insight and analysis.
Site Support & Training
- Mentor and train other controls engineers, on control system operation, troubleshooting best practices, and execution methodology.
