Solutions Architect
Own customer health and drive value-led growth for production healthcare customers by ensuring full product utilization and identifying expansion opportunities. Requires 3+ years in customer-facing technical roles with strong relationship management and technical fluency.
Responsibilities
- Own the north star metric of customer health for customers in production
- Identify and unlock expansion opportunities organically by ensuring customers are fully utilizing the product and seeing measurable ROI
- Spot which of Metriport’s customers are not using features that could drive significant value for their organizations; monitor customers’ usage so Metriport can scale with their needs
- Build and further check in efforts with Metriport’s customers in production
- Create and implement new Customer Success processes, automated monitoring systems, and touch points with customers
Requirements
- 3+ years working in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer); dabbled in formal or informal Technical Sales roles
- Comfortable reading API documentation and translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders (and vice versa)
- Expert relationship manager; pair obsession over the success of accounts with technical skills and product knowledge to drive value for customers
- Can work through hard problems to figure out solutions with many constraints, using sound judgement to assess risks, and lay out arguments in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative
- Proven ability to engage with engineering, design, sales, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship
- Thrive in fast-paced environments and drive projects to completion without a playbook
- Based in San Francisco (or willing to relocate); office presence 6 days a week
Nice-to-Haves
- Expert-level domain knowledge and experience in Healthcare IT or the Healthtech space, including relevant technical standards (e.g., FHIR, HL7)
- Written production code, built or consumed REST APIs + webhooks, or come from a software engineering role before transitioning to a customer-facing one
- Worked at a startup that was Series A or earlier
Delivery Consultant
