Senior Implementation Engineer
Serve as primary customer contact for technical implementation, discovery, onboarding, and ongoing support. Requires 3+ years implementation experience and full-stack skills in React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the partnership
- Conduct discovery calls to understand customer use cases, technical requirements, and success criteria
- Participate in weekly syncs with onboarding customers to ensure value and successful integration
- Maintain customer relationships through regular check-ins and continuous support
- Provide technical expertise on product capabilities, integrations, and implementation
- Troubleshoot and debug customer issues, coordinating with engineering when needed
- Manage customer requests by assessing priority, coordinating with engineering, tracking progress, and communicating resolutions
- Join weekly syncs to update the team on customer status and feedback
- Proactively communicate relevant product updates and new features
- Participate in bi-weekly sprint planning/retro sessions and quarterly planning
- Manage APIs and integrations for seamless customer functionality
- Work with customers from onboarding to production roll-out
- Attend daily 30-minute remote stand-up at 7:30am PST Mon-Fri
Requirements
- 3+ years experience supporting software implementation
- Full-stack experience: React, TypeScript, Node.js
- Located in San Francisco or the Bay Area (or willing to relocate)
