About the role

Core Responsibilities

  • Contribute high-quality code to Palantir Gotham, Apollo, or Foundry products throughout the full product lifecycle: idea generation, design, prototyping, execution, and shipping.
  • Collaborate closely with technical and non-technical counterparts (including Product Managers, Designers, Product Reliability Engineers, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Deployment Strategists) to understand customer problems and build solutions.
  • Meet with users (e.g., research scientists, aerospace engineers, intelligence analysts, economic forecasters, auto-manufacturers, counter-terror analysts) to understand their missions and challenges.
  • Demonstrate ownership by seeing projects through from beginning to end despite obstacles.
  • Collaborate across teams with diverse backgrounds and share context, skills, and experience.
  • Work independently with trust, managing your own time and priorities while being supported by your team and a dedicated mentor.

What We Require

  • Engineering background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, front-end frameworks, and other technical tools.
  • Experience coding in languages such as Java, C++, Python, JavaScript, or similar.
  • New grad with relevant academic or project experience.
