About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop novel AI products, providing customers with entirely new workflows.
  • Work directly with customers to understand needs, prioritize requests, and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Prototype and integrate AI pipelines (e.g., retrieval-augmented generation) to prove out new workflows.
  • Lead by example through mentoring future hires, pairing, and code reviews.
  • Own and ship products, talk to customers, develop plans, and deploy code multiple times per day.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience at hyper-growth startups and/or leading big tech companies.
  • CS degree from a top university.
  • Strong product sense.
  • High degree of ownership and ability to operate autonomously.

  • Fully serverless backend on AWS with Go microservices.
  • React/TypeScript for web, desktop, and mobile client applications.
  • Custom RAG pipelines.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary range: $120,000 - $180,000 (determined by experience and expertise).
