Senior Workplace Experience Lead

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and the onsite experience, including managing inventory systems for catering, shipping, and office supplies
• Manage annual operating and capital budgets, tracking financial variances and optimizing expenses
• Lead relationships with service providers, building management, and cross-functional HQ locations
• Manage end-to-end office real estate projects, including lease transitions, decommissioning existing locations, and coordinating build-outs
• Establish department policies, procedures, and site standards; conduct regular condition audits and ensure compliance
• Oversee daily onsite operations and workplace service delivery; prioritize and resolve issues via the local ticketing platform
• Execute end-to-end food and beverage programs, including weekly planning, ad hoc catering, inventory management, and eco-friendly waste-reduction practices
• Strategically manage the food and beverage budget with cost-effective and sustainable sourcing
• Design and execute high-impact office experiences and major events (leadership offsites, holiday parties, team celebrations, new hire onboarding)
• Drive continuous improvement by gathering and analyzing participant feedback

Requirements

• 4+ years in workplace experience, facilities, or office operations in a fast-paced environment
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, and simultaneous projects
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and project management tools
• Experience executing culture initiatives within a startup or high-growth company
• Demonstrated success with return-to-office engagement or office-first transitions
• Proven ability to report on workplace engagement and usage trends
