Senior Visual Communication Designer
Designs visual storytelling and narratives for Entertainment and Technology projects, transforming complex ideas into compelling visuals across digital, physical, and motion mediums. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams on brand, interfaces, and experiences with strong craft in typography, layout, and systems thinking.
Responsibilities
- Work on multidisciplinary teams focusing on Entertainment and Technology projects spanning data, experience, interaction, digital product, and service design.
- Contribute to brand expression, storytelling, information design, motion, packaging, interface, wayfinding, and environmental design.
- Transform complex data, systems, and ideas into intuitive, engaging, and actionable visuals and narratives.
- Partner with a long-term Entertainment and Technology client to evolve their brand, platforms, and experiences.
- Set visual design direction through exploration, strategy, graphic design, and storytelling.
- Design environments, experiences, websites, apps, and combined digital/physical experiences.
- Collaborate with industrial, interaction, business designers, and mechanical engineers.
- Create production-ready artwork and prototypes of varying fidelity.
- Advocate for exceptional visual design within complex systems and timelines.
Requirements
- Relevant experience/education in communications design, graphic design, or related discipline from studio, agency, or in-house.
- Strong foundation in visual design craft: typography, layout, composition, color, systems thinking.
- Experience across mediums: brand expression, information design, digital/interactive experiences, motion, presentation design.
- Ability to translate complex ideas/data/strategies into clear visual narratives.
- Comfort from concepting/synthesis to execution/delivery.
- Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Confidence explaining design decisions via storytelling.
- High self-direction, organization, accountability.

Compensation
- Salary range: $80,000–$100,000 USD.
