Senior Product Manager, Infrastructure Observability | US | Remote
Own the vision, roadmap, and strategy for Grafana Cloud's Infrastructure Observability products (Kubernetes Monitoring, Cloud Provider Observability). Drive customer discovery, cross-functional alignment, GTM enablement, and integration with broader platform offerings.
Responsibilities
- Transform ideas and feedback into a product vision and roadmap
- Empathize with customer problems to collect user needs, requirements, and pain points
- Curate and represent user feedback to Engineering, providing evidence to support tradeoffs and priorities
- Work closely with PMM to enable GTM on product differentiation, including creating and updating presentations, documentation, website content, datasheets, and whitepapers
- Use product expertise to make decisions about go-to-market strategies, pricing, packaging, licensing, and tiering
- Drive adoption of shared services or platform capabilities across multiple product teams
- Establish integration touchpoints with other key offerings (e.g., Grafana Cloud Knowledge Graph, Grafana Assistant) for seamless monitoring experiences
Requirements
- BS/BA in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product
- Experience using or building developer-facing tools, APIs, or platform services
- Ability to discuss APIs, data models, schema evolution, and distributed systems concepts
- Experience working with Engineering and Design teams to build delightful products and features with sound UX in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with open source software and/or commercial open source companies
- Experience using or building observability products and/or developer tools (internally as SRE or for external customers)
- Proficient with infrastructure concepts and components (Kubernetes, Cloud Service Providers, VMs) and able to articulate these models in human-readable terms
- Experience with AI tools
Compensation & Benefits
- Base compensation range: $162,275 - $194,730
- All roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs)
