Senior Product Manager, ERP Integrations

160k – 220kNew York, NYProduct ManagementOnsite5+ YOE
Summary

Own and scale ERP integrations strategy for an AI-native revenue platform. Drive roadmap for NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage integrations while building scalable, configurable solutions and making build-vs-partner decisions.

About the role

What You’ll Work On

Deepen and mature our existing integrations

  • Own the roadmap for our four live ERP integrations — NetSuite, Sage, QuickBooks, and Rillet
  • Expand the range of ERP configurations and workflows we support natively, moving beyond standard use cases to handle the complexity real enterprise customers bring
  • Build scalable, configurable solutions that work for a class of customers — reducing the need for implementation workarounds and one-off customizations
  • Improve self-serviceability so customers can stand up and manage integrations with less reliance on our teams

Expand our ERP coverage strategically

  • Define a strategy for supporting a significantly broader set of ERPs, recognizing that direct native integrations may not be the right approach for every system
  • Identify which ERPs represent the highest revenue and expansion opportunity and prioritize accordingly
  • Collaborate with the Partnership team to define how we can expand ERP coverage through strategic partnerships with systems integrators (SIs), value-added resellers (VARs), and middleware platforms — balancing native integrations with scalable partner-led approaches
  • Own the build-vs-partner decision

Own the integration product end-to-end

  • Define and maintain the integration roadmap, balancing near-term customer commitments with long-term platform scalability
  • Operate as a true day-to-day partner to engineering — participating deeply in technical discussions, making tradeoff decisions together, and helping the team navigate complex integration constraints and edge cases
  • Engage directly with customers to understand requirements, validate solutions, and make real-time judgment calls about what to build and what to decline
  • Establish best practices for how Tabs builds, maintains, and evolves integrations as the surface grows

About You

  • 5-10 years of product experience and at least 2 years of experience building or owning integrations, APIs, or platform products connecting to external systems like ERPs, CRMs, or financial tools
  • Experience in systems-heavy B2B SaaS (e.g., fintech, RevOps, billing, or data infrastructure), where data accuracy, edge cases, and workflow complexity matter
  • Proven ability to move from customer-specific solutions to scalable platform features; you can identify the pattern across one-off requests and build something repeatable
  • Comfort in customer-facing environments — you can run a discovery call with a customer's finance team, understand both the technical and business requirements, and leave with a clear view of what to build and what to push back on
  • Strong technical fluency and a highly collaborative working style with engineering — comfortable operating in the weeds on APIs, integration architectures, edge cases, and implementation tradeoffs alongside engineers day-to-day
  • Clear communicator and low-ego collaborator — you build trust across functions and can have direct conversations with customers and internal stakeholders, including our CEO

Strong pluses

  • Hands-on familiarity with ERP systems, particularly NetSuite
  • Experience working with external implementation partners, systems integrators (SIs), channel partners, or ecosystem/platform strategies
